Facilities professional reviewing the condition of a commercial space

About LuxeLine

Commercial janitorial service with a clearly documented scope.

LuxeLine prepares cleaning plans for the rooms, operating hours, access requirements, and service priorities of each commercial facility.

Commercial cleaning managed with care and clear communication.

LuxeLine Janitorial Services is a commercial cleaning company serving Vancouver, Surrey, Abbotsford, and the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

LuxeLine works with offices and commercial buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, education facilities, retail and shopping centres, warehouses and industrial facilities, banks and financial institutions, car dealerships, conference and event spaces, aviation facilities, and consular facilities.

Work begins by learning how each property operates: the rooms that need attention, busy periods, floor and surface types, security procedures, access hours, and the standards expected by the people who manage and use the building.

The result is a written scope of work with clearly defined tasks, service frequency, scheduling, and access instructions. Clients know what has been agreed, and the LuxeLine team has one reference for carrying out the work.

How a written scope of work is prepared.

The process records the information required to price, schedule, and manage the work at your property.

Review the facility

Record the building type, address, approximate size, rooms, surfaces, traffic patterns, and current concerns. Facilities with more than one zone, floor type, or access route may be reviewed on site before the scope is written.

Set responsibilities

List the tasks completed at every visit, the periodic tasks and their cycle, client responsibilities such as rooms your own staff handle, and any excluded rooms or services.

Arrange access and timing

Document operating hours, keys, alarms, parking, elevators, escorts, restricted areas, and the available service window.

Prepare the written scope

State what is completed at each visit, which tasks follow a weekly, monthly, seasonal, or one-time cycle, and what the quote covers.

One list, checked by both sides.

A written scope makes inspection possible: every task has a place and a frequency, so both sides check against the same list.

A concern can be raised by phone at 672-771-6000 or by email at [email protected] with reference to the specific task and area in the scope.
